I love the loot bag system, but I do agree that it could be improved in a couple ways: 1) make it so there is a short, say, 2-5 minute timer before the item actually goes up on the special deals marketplace, allowing people to grab it from the loot bag if they want it and 2) either allow us to turn off loot-pickup spam or make the loot-bag announcement a lot more noticeable.
