B) You have folders for every character. If its A) Then simply delete the folder and everything will be back to normal.

What I did was to go to C:\Riot Games and remove the LoR (Legends of Runeterra) folder, and delete the start menu shortcuts (or however you call it) at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Riot Games and at my desktop. If you keep the shortcuts and run them, then they will automatically reinstall Legends of Runeterra.
