with the exception of server side load issues (which have never been more than a minute ish), i load into the game in 20-30 seconds most of the time, if you are laoding into a full lobby i believe it needs to sync with everyone else which can take a bit longer.

That is the reason why i don’t even play the game anymore. It really sucks because i really like it, but damn man my ping is usually above a 100 in most US servers so it usually takes me arround 10 minutes to load online, 5 minutes to find an activity and 10 seconds to kick me from said activity so i have to play in a solo session
Also depends whether or not you’re trying to load into online or story mode . Usually when I want to load into online I load into story mode first and go into online from there because if I try it from the initial start up menu when GTA starts up it takes an eternity to load into online . Goes from a 10 minute wait to 2 minutes.
