It’s actually autolooping, autopath has been in the game for a while. Autopath = right click where you want to go on the map and press T. Auto loop = right click your first waypoint, then alt right click yourself and your path turns green. Then press T. You will then autoloop.
you make an autopath, then save it with one of the preset buttons 1, 2, or 3. then if you want to use that autopath again you press the new icon in the bottom right of the world map (), select which one you want and click load

Incidentally this is a great way to do your slow escort quests, auto route then walk when you´re too far ahead. ur lucky i used autorun while on a wagon filled with my gold bars to transport to another city and it ran in a different direction to the arrow marked route straight into the sea and died. lost everything.
