You need to uncheck “Enable Peer-to-Peer Transfer” and “Enable”. Launch the League of Legends launcher. Choosing “Options” will take you back to the gears illustration in the upper-right corner. Ensure that “Allow Peer to Peer Transfer” is unchecked. “Save” your selection.
