i just figured out how to flip people off. if ur wondering u have to be inside a vehicle and make sure you arent holding any weapons (press x on the xbox to scroll through ur weapons inside a car) then u just hold down the lb button (L1 on ps3). you can also interact with pedestrians on foot by pressing right on the d-pad
