Anyway, here’s how it’s done: Find your League folder, it’s normally C:\\Program Files\League of Legends. Go into RADS\system and open locale.cfg and replace the location wth the location of the language that you want. For example I switched from English to Korean voices so I replaced en_GB with ko_KR.
