For example: I learn Darkness Burst from I to V which by default is R2, I reset my combat skills. Relearn the skill again, doesn´t work at all. The character doesn´t learn it and pressing R2 does nothing.
up to lvl 55, at 56 you can’t for free, but you do get an item to extended the resetting by 24 hours for free. However, there is no cap to skillpoints you can obtain.
