When you purchase a second warehouse you have 2 options. 1. Empty Warehouse -> Having a second warehouse. Select this to have second warehouse. 2. The Other warehouse(s)’s name -> Select this to replace a warehouse.

You can’t sell it outright, but you can trade it in for another warehouse (provided it’s currently empty). You will receive 50% of the original purchase price back when trading in the warehouse.
