I just bought GTA V Premium Online edition since it was $15 on sale, but when i go to download it, it says its only the base game. Are the dlcs already installed or do i have to do another process? Plus i thought the dlcs are free, so why does it say that it comes with content for those dlcs?

All DLC is free. The premium edition is just stuff to give you a little boost in the beginning. I’m not sure what’s included in it, but perhaps someone else can shed some light on that. Right now contact missions are paying double, and if you’re just starting that would be a great way to level up a few times and make a decent chunk of change early on.
