The only way to apply dyes you have onto an already merv palette dyed outfit is to bleach the entire outfit. Best way is to get a VP for free bleach application via merv pallet for the merv pallet. You also cant have an outfit that has partial merv dye outfit and partial pearl shop/loyalty dyes. It’s all or nothing of one of the other.
